Elite Epoxy Sacramento is a licensed and insured epoxy contractor serving Sacramento-area homeowners, contractors, and facility managers since 2018. We install high-performance resin floors for garages, shops, warehouses, and commercial interiors where durability, chemical resistance, and easy cleanup matter. Our crew handles new slabs and remodels, and we coordinate around business hours when needed.
Most coatings fail because the slab was not tested or prepped, so we treat concrete like a substrate system, not just a surface. We check moisture vapor transmission and hydrostatic pressure, repair spalls and control joints, and mechanically profile concrete by diamond grinding or shot blasting to meet the coating manufacturer’s CSP requirements. Then we build the floor with the right system for the use case, including 100 percent solids epoxy base coats, moisture-mitigating epoxy primers, polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoats, decorative flake broadcast, quartz broadcast, and non-slip traction additives like aluminum oxide or polymer grit.
Built on Preparation and Craftsmanship means we control the details that decide how long a floor lasts. We measure mix ratios, monitor pot life, maintain wet edge, and hit target mil thickness across base, broadcast, and topcoat layers, then keep the site clean with proper masking and dust control equipment. The result is a consistent finish, clean cut lines, and a floor that performs under hot tires, forklifts, oils, brake fluid, and daily abrasion.
Whether you are planning a new epoxy project or need repairs to existing epoxy in Sacramento, our team is ready to help. Call now or send a request and we will get back to you within one business day.
